Another recognition of technological leadership in electrochromic technologies — following U.S. sanctions on the company in August 2024 — was AO Octoglass’s inclusion in the register of small technology companies. We have worked in electrochromic smart glass since 2017. Over the years of company development, several electrochromic device solutions have taken their place in our portfolio. We continue to advance this direction intensively.
Small technology company (STC) status is defined under Federal Law No. 478-FZ of 04.08.2023 “On the Development of Technology Companies in the Russian Federation,” which establishes the foundations of a registry-based model for state support. Being listed in the STC Register effectively “opens access” to support measures without collecting additional documents and confirmations.
