Octoglass JSC holds a substantial body of intellectual property. It includes patents for inventions in Russia and abroad, as well as know-how — technical and process solutions that the company does not disclose in patent specifications and protects as trade secrets. Together, patents and know-how cover materials, electrochromic device designs, control methods, and manufacturing processes.
The company operates an intellectual-property management system. New developments are recorded, assessed and, where appropriate, formalised as protected results: patent applications, granted patents, or know-how. This process supports both protection of Octoglass products and work with B2B and OEM customers — when the legal status of a technology must be shown, licensing discussed, or part of a solution transferred to a partner.
Some patents were originally granted to the subsidiary Octopolymer LLC. Octoglass JSC is now the rights holder of all patents published below: rights to the core solutions sit with the parent company of the group and can be evidenced by documents.
The active patents of the group are published below — Russian patents for invention, as well as titles from the European Patent Office, the United States, and South Korea. The documents shown do not exhaust the full portfolio: for licensing, joint development, or an IP review, confirm the current set with the Octoglass team.

Octoglass JSC cares about employee safety and well-being, creates conditions for professional development, and complies with labour law and occupational health requirements.
The company carries out special assessments of working conditions (SAWC), addresses identified risks in a timely manner, and maintains workplaces in line with applicable standards.
Under Federal Law No. 426-FZ of 28 December 2013 “On special assessment of working conditions”, the employer must publish on its website summary data on the results of special assessments of working conditions.
Below are SAWC summary reports for Octoglass JSC separate subdivisions. Documents are published as PDF files and updated when the next assessment is completed.
