Consent to Personal Data Processing

for website users and persons submitting enquiries via the website

I, a user of the website https://octoglass.ru/ and/or a person submitting an enquiry to Joint Stock Company “Octoglass” (JSC “Octoglass”), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the Operator consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms of this document in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

1. Purposes of Processing

• receipt, registration and processing of my enquiry, application or request;
• feedback to me via the contacts indicated;
• preparation of a calculation, commercial proposal, answer to a question or other information pursuant to my request;
• pre-contractual interaction and, where necessary, preparation for the conclusion of a contract;
• provision of technical, warranty or service support pursuant to my enquiry;
• if I separately give consent to receive advertising messages — use of the contact details provided by me for the relevant advertising communications; this purpose is not activated without separate consent to advertising;
• recording the fact, date, method and conditions of granting this consent.

This consent in itself is not consent to receive advertising and advertising mailings. Advertising messages are permitted only subject to separate prior consent to advertising; processing of contact details for this conditional purpose is carried out only after such separate consent is obtained.

2. List of Personal Data

Depending on the form I complete and the information I voluntarily provide, consent may extend to:

• first name, last name and other information about myself indicated by me in the form;
• telephone number, e-mail address, messenger contact/identifier;
• name of the organisation and position — if I indicate them;
• content of the message, information about a project, product, vehicle or other task that may be connected with me;
• files and documents that I voluntarily attach to the enquiry, to the extent of the personal data contained therein;
• technical information necessary for registration of the enquiry and proof of obtaining consent: IP address, date and time, page URL, browser/device information, form identifier, version of the consent text and technical event logs.

I undertake not to transmit via web forms excess personal data, special categories of personal data or personal data of third parties without the necessary legal grounds.

3. Actions with Personal Data

The Operator is entitled to carry out collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, alteration), retrieval, use, granting of access to persons processing data on the Operator’s behalf, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data with and without the use of automation tools.

Dissemination of my personal data to an indefinite circle of persons on the basis of this consent is not permitted.

4. Persons Engaged in Processing

The Operator is entitled to entrust processing to persons providing hosting and operation of the website, corporate e-mail, CRM/enquiry accounting, communications and technical support, subject to the grounds provided for by law and contractual terms on confidentiality and protection of personal data.

5. Term and Withdrawal of Consent

Consent remains in effect until achievement of the stated purposes of processing or until my withdrawal, unless another lawful ground for continued processing is provided for by legislation or a contract. After achievement of the purpose or receipt of a withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within the periods established by Federal Law No. 152-FZ, unless there is another lawful ground for their storage or processing.

Consent may be withdrawn or termination of processing may be requested by sending an enquiry to the address 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya Embankment, 12, floor 23, premises 2, or to sales@octoglass.ru with the mark “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”.

6. Electronic Form of Consent

My placing of a separate mark (checkbox) next to the text regarding consent to the processing of personal data and the subsequent submission of the form constitute a method of expressing this consent. The Operator is entitled to store a technical record of the fact of consent enabling confirmation of the date, time, page/form and version of the document to which I agreed.

Consent to the processing of personal data must be requested separately from the user agreement, consent to receive advertising messages and other documents/consents.
