Consent to Receive Marketing Communications

I voluntarily give Joint Stock Company “Octoglass” (JSC “Octoglass”) prior consent to receive advertising information in accordance with Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13 March 2006 “On Advertising”. This document is a separate consent to advertising and does not replace a separate consent to the processing of personal data.

1. Content of Advertising Messages

Advertising messages may contain information about Octoglass products and services, new developments and technologies, special offers, events, exhibitions, publications, projects and other news of the Operator.

2. Communication Channels

Messages may be sent to the contact details that I have voluntarily provided and in respect of which I have expressed consent, via one or more of the following channels:

• e-mail;
• SMS and other messages to a telephone number;
• telephone calls;
• messages via messengers, if the relevant contact/number is used by me in such messenger.

The Operator is not entitled to treat consent to one communication channel as automatic consent to another channel, unless it clearly follows from the interface or the content of the consent that the user has selected several channels.

3. Contact Details

For the stated purpose, the following may be processed: name (if provided), telephone number, e-mail address, messenger identifier/contact, as well as a technical record of the granting of consent: date and time, source/form, version of the consent and other information necessary to confirm the fact of its receipt.

Processing of personal data for the purposes of advertising communications is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy and a separate consent to the processing of personal data that provides for such purpose subject to the existence of this separate consent to advertising.

4. Voluntariness

Consent to receive advertising is separate and voluntary. Refusal of it must not prevent submission of an ordinary application, receipt of a response to an enquiry, or conclusion or performance of a contract, if advertising messages are not a necessary part of the relevant contract.

The advertising consent checkbox must not be pre-ticked and must not be combined with consent to the processing of personal data, the user agreement or cookie consent.

5. Term and Withdrawal of Consent

Consent remains in effect until its withdrawal. I am entitled at any time to demand that advertising messages cease. After receiving such a demand, the Operator ceases sending advertising to the relevant contact in the manner provided for by legislation.

One may opt out of advertising via the “Unsubscribe” link in an advertising e-mail (if such a link is provided), by a reply message/via the provided opt-out channel, or by contacting sales@octoglass.ru with the subject “Opt-out of Advertising”, as well as by a written enquiry to the address 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya Embankment, 12, floor 23, premises 2.

6. Electronic Recording of Consent

Placing a separate mark (checkbox) next to the text of consent to advertising messages and submitting the corresponding form constitute a method of expressing prior consent. The Operator is entitled to store information enabling proof of the fact of obtaining consent, including the date, time, source, selected communication channel and version of the consent text.
