Octoglass develops and manufactures electrochromic systems. We have created smart glass based on an electrochromic polymer. Substantial effort and thousands of experiments went into achieving performance we can stand behind. Octoglass also chose not to outsource control-system development for this glass: our team designed electrochromic glass controllers such as KDS-2 (two channels) and KDS-2 mini (one channel). We are expanding the controller line and have begun developing the next-generation KDS-2 nano, which is no larger than a deck of cards.
Octoglass controllers
Octoglass's in-house team built its own electrochromic glass controllers, including the compact KDS-2 nano, no larger than a deck of cards, rather than outsourcing development.
