Octoglass company is engaged in the production and development of innovative products such as “smart” glass, which is based on an electrochromic polymer. Our company tries to take part in various exhibitions and scientific events. Thus, the International Assembly of young inventors of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union was held for the first time in Veliky Novgorod. Sergei Lebedev, a master’s student at the St. Petersburg Institute of Technology, used Octoglass electrochromic glass to demonstrate a prototype ecosystem that was designed to monitor and control the parameters of intelligent electrical and electro-optical devices. This system has been tested and proved its effectiveness by increasing the life of the electrochromic device by 6-8 times.
